Compact by design, the HigherDOSE Infrared PEMF Go Mat is half the size of the brand's Pro Mat, measuring 50 x 100 cm (19.5 x 39 inches). Drape it over a desk chair, lay it flat on the floor, or slide it under the bed when you're done.
Six layers work together in one mat: PEMF, far infrared heat, charcoal, clay, magnetic, and amethyst and obsidian crystals that generate negative ions. Choose from four PEMF levels between 3Hz and 23Hz, and use the controller to set the infrared heat to the temperature you prefer.
